与Amy Shen教授合作的两个博士后职位可在日本冲绳的OSIT的Micro/Bio/Nanofluidics单元获得(https://groups.oist.jp/mbnu)。成功的候选人将加入一个非常活跃的跨学科小组,在微流体,流变学和生物微机电系统。候选人将在小组中三个相互联系的领域之一工作:(i)微流体和流变学,(i)生物传感和护理点诊断,(iii)界面科学。

Two postdoctoral positions with Professor Amy Shen are available in the Micro/Bio/Nanofluidics Unit at OIST in Okinawa, Japan (https://groups.oist.jp/mbnu). The successful candidate will join a very active interdisciplinary group in microfluidics, rheology, and bio-MEMs. The candidate will work in one of the 3 interlinked areas in the group: (i) Microfluidics and Rheology, (i) Biosensing and point-of-care diagnostics, (iii) Interfacial Science.
Key Requirements
Candidates should have a PhD in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Physics, Analytical Chemistry, or a related discipline. Candidates with background in fluid mechanics, rheology, micro/nanofluidics, micro/nanofabrications, and biosensing will be given serious considerations. Peer-reviewed publications in high quality journals are a must. Candidates with R&D experiences are also encouraged to apply.
The position is initially for one year and can be extended to 1-2 additional year based on performance and mutual agreement. The position will start as early as August 1, 2019.
