德国慕尼黑理工大学2020年博士后职位招聘(增材制造方向)

Postdoc in Additive Manufacturing of concrete elements (A13), (m/f/d)

21.07.2020, Wissenschaftliches Personal

We are looking for a motivated successor as head of the project group “additive manufacturing” which is part of the working group “concrete technology” within the chair for “Materials Science and Testing under the directorship of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Prof. h.c. Christoph Gehlen.

Postdoc in Additive Manufacturing of concrete elements is to be filled in full time employment. Recruitment will take place from August/September 2020, initially for a period of three years. We are looking for a motivated successor as head of the project group “additive manufacturing” which is part of the working group “concrete technology” within the chair for “Materials Science and Testing under the directorship of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Prof. h.c. Christoph Gehlen.

Since 2014, several particle-bed techniques (selective cement activation – SCA and selective paste intrusion – SPI) as well as the extrusion of lightweight concrete have been developed in the project group for the production of concrete elements. Beside the process technological aspects the material development (especially rheological and hardened properties) is under special focus of the project group. As result of previous research first large scale printers and applications have been realized. Furthermore, the project group leads two projects dealing with integration of (additive manufactured) reinforcement for large scale applications within the Collaborative Research Center TRR 277 "Additive Manufacturing in Construction" which started in 2020. There, the two techniques, the selective paste intrusion and the extrusion of lightweight concrete, become further improved. Within these projects a multifunctional large scale SPI printer with integrated Wire and Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM) unit as well as a nozzle-near mixing system for extrusion with reinforcement implementation unit are designed and acquired. These large scale applications will augment the additive manufacturing facilities of the project group (particle-bed printers for SCA and SPI as well as a delta-printer and a Kuka robot unit for extrusion).
