美国康奈尔大学2021年招聘博士后/研究员(威尔康奈尔医学院放射化学家)
Weill Cornell Medicine (WCM), Cornell University
RADIOCHEMIST (POSTDOCORAL RESEARCHER/RESEARCH ASSOCIATE)
Position Summary
Weill Cornell Medicine is recruiting for a Radiochemist responsible for the development and execution of radiopharmaceutical processes and methods for the preparation of radiolabeled compounds as part of ongoing research in the Kelly Group. Current aims of the Kelly Group include the use of radiolabeled probes to study metabolic reprogramming in cancer, heart failure, and neurodegenerative disease, investigation of the interplay between tumor cells, the immune system, and the microenvironment, the development and validation of diagnostic and prognostic imaging probes across a spectrum of human diseases, and the development of targeted radiotherapeutics in cancer. The candidate will be involved from discovery through validation of novel radiolabeled imaging probes and targeted radiotherapeutics. The candidate will be responsible for developing new radiosynthetic approaches, predominantly featuring carbon-11 and fluorine-18, contributing to the preclinical evaluation of radiolabeled probes, and performing the synthesis of radiopharmaceuticals to support collaborations within the Weill Cornell Medicine research community. The successful applicant will join a vibrant and collaborative research environment at one of the top universities in the world.
