一、研究中心介绍

南京大学高端控制与智能运维研发中心是南京大学在苏州校区首批建设的研究中心之一,中心将致力于研发高性能先进控制技术以及面向工业装备的智能维护技术等。在高端控制与智能运维方向,建成具有重要国际影响力的研发中心,拥有一批国际一流的人才,培养一批国际一流的博士,推动南京大学控制科学与工程学科进入国内/国际先进行列。研发中心高端控制以解决卡脖子难题为目标,突破传统控制的局限性,解决强干扰、高精度、高性能伺服控制中的重大挑战问题,服务于高端制造产业。智能运维是根据装备的运行状态和安全性评估,按需进行维护,避免了传统的定期维护可能导致的维护不足或者维护过剩所产生的隐患或者浪费,是世界工业发展的趋势,有望为企业产生重大经济效益。

二、招聘岗位设置

南京大学高端控制与智能运维研发中心面向全球招聘有志于从事控制科学与智能工程领域各主要研究方向的优秀青年人才到中心工作。本次拟招聘岗位以准聘助理教授为主,岗位总数原则上不超过若干个;特别优秀的高层次人才岗位另议。

招聘研究方向包括:

1.现代控制理论

2.智能控制

3.故障诊断

4.智能维护技术

5.智能机器人

三、申请条件

1.遵守中华人民共和国法律和法规,热爱教学科研事业;

2.具有良好的师德师风,恪守学术道德,勤勉工作,无犯罪记录,无违反师德师风和学术道德惩处记录;

3.一流的学术背景:具有相关学科领域的博士学位,具有一流教学科研机构的学习、工作经验,熟悉相关领域国际前沿的研究动态。其中助理教授要求博士毕业从事学术研究2年以上,准聘副教授要求博士毕业从事学术研究4年以上;

4.出色的教学能力:应具有能够胜任本学科核心基础课程和前沿课程的教学能力,掌握良好的教学方法,具有较强的语言表达能力;

5.突出的科研成果显示度与未来科研发展潜力:应有相关研究方向的成果显示度,对相关研究领域有创新性观点,未来研究计划思路清晰,具有较好的学术潜力。

Tenure-track Faculty Positions

I. About the Center

The Center for Advanced Control and Smart Operations is one of the first research centers established by Nanjing University on the Suzhou campus. The center will be dedicated to the research and development of high-performance advanced control technology and smart operation technology for industrial equipment.

The center is aimed at developing advanced control technology with significant international influence, and at the same time nourishing a group of world-class talents and building a leading national/international program of control science and engineering.

II. The Positions

The center plans to recruit young scholars who aspire to have a career in the field of Control Science and Intelligent Engineering. The positions to be recruited this time are mainly assistant professors, and the total number of positions should not exceed a few in principle; positions for particularly outstanding high-level talents will be considered separately.

Recruitment research directions include:

1.Modern Control Theory

2.Intelligent Controls

3.Fault Diagnosis

4.Smart Operation Technology

5.Intelligent robots

III. Conditions for Application

The applicant should

1. abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and have a passion for teaching and research;

2. abide by the ethics of teachers, uphold academic integrity, be willing to work diligently, and have no criminal record or record in breaching the ethics of teachers and/or academic integrity;

3. have a first-class background in academic training—specifically, a PhD in relevant disciplines, experience in studying and/or working at first-class teaching and research institutions, and knowledge of the latest international trends and development in the relevant research field(s). The applicant for Assistant Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than two years after receiving the doctoral degree, and prospective applicant for Associate Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than four years after receiving the doctoral degree.

4. have outstanding teaching abilities—the applicant should be able to teach core basic courses and cutting-edge courses in the corresponding discipline, and have sound teaching methodology and strong verbal skills;

5. demonstrate outstanding research output and potential—the applicant should have achievements in relevant research directions, innovative perspectives on related research fields, clear ideas for future research plans, and good academic potential.
