岗位一：行政管理部文书管理岗（1人） 

Administrative Officer

（一）工作职责 

1、负责公司公文、资料的预处理； 

2、负责接收、下达及跟踪处理领导指示及落实情况；

（一）工作职责

3、审核下属公司新造船、坞修船的工程合约、图纸、预算表等；

Consolidated financial statements

（一）工作职责

1、依据会计准则和公司会计制度规定，编制公司合并报表和内部管理报表，按要求向股东单位、外部机构报送、披露相关财务信息，为管理决策提供财务分析数据。审核、监督、指导下属公司的报表编制工作，及时处理报表编制中出现的问题；

2、跟踪会计准则最新变化，评估对公司的影响并提出专业建议，修订并完善公司的会计制度体系；

3、配合维护和完善财务信息系统，定期更新财务报表模板，优化报表编制流程﹐不断提高报表编制效率；

4、组织公司及各成员单位的年度财务决算及外部审计工作，进行专业指导和协调，配合集团的外部审计工作；

Job Responsibilities:

-Prepare group management and statutory financial statements on timely basis, be responsible for financial data and disclosure to stakeholders and external institutions as required for decision-making, supervise and review the preparation of the reports of subsidiaries.

-Organize group annual financial reporting and cooperate with external auditors about annual audit.

-Interpret and implement the latest PRC GAAP and provide timely technical support to subsidiary companies, maintain proper accounting policies.

-Assist in maintaining financial information system, regularly update the financial statement template.

Accountant-Financial management

（一）工作职责

1、制定、修订公司的财务管理制度及相关规定办法，督导下属公司实施；

2、负责编制公司月度、季度、年度财务分析和专题分析报告。负责财务管理专题研究，定期分析公司财务状况，提出存在问题及解决方案，供决策参考；

3、负责完善公司的财务模型，定期调整和修订财务滚动规划，督导下属公司完善财务模型。负责公司年度财务预算的编制和上报，监督控制预算执行情况，对预算执行情况进行分析，评价预算执行结果。负责对接集团KPI指标设定及业绩考核，参与下属公司KPI指标设定及考核；

4、负责建立完善公司的财务对标体系，收集和整理行业数据，定期优化指标体系和分析方法。对各下属公司进行对标分析；

Job Responsibilities:

-Assist in the establishment and continuing improvement of accounting policies and procedures.

-Participate in the KPI setting and performance management to the subsidiary companies.
