剑桥大学-南京科技创新中心是剑桥大学首次在英国境外设立的合资研究机构,由剑桥大学与江北新区合作设立的剑桥大学南京科技创新中心有限公司,负责中心的运营管理。
该中心将推进开展国际化高端的创新研发、成果转化、国际学术交流等复合功能,推动全球最新技术及应用成果在中国落地,在江北新区打造中国一流的科技创新平台和成果转化中心。在运营过程中,该中心将致力于整合剑桥大学高端的研究体系和专家团队,与中国本地科研院所、专家团队合作,瞄准世界科技前沿,把国际创新资源和南京市及江北新区需求有效对接,全面提升区域科技创新水平和转化效率。并将面向全国资源,寻求更广范围的更具深度的科研合作。
根据工作需要,本着公开、平等、竞争、择优的原则,现面向社会公开招聘研究员(生物信息学研究方向),研究员(小鼠代谢方向),有关事项公告如下。

职位名称一:研究员(生物信息学研究方向)
职位描述:
1、与英国剑桥大学研究小组合作进行研究,在剑桥大学-南京科技创新中心规划和开展日常研究工作,确保高效、准时,达到最高的研究标准;
2、对生物组学数据集和一些尖端技术(如scRNAseq)产生的数据集进行分析、集成,以进行数据驱动的生物研究;
3、为研究小组开发和维护分析科学数据的数据分析方法,以支持研究项目的交付;
4、与实验人员和其他数据科学家进行有效合作,设计和开发数据分析方法和流程,以获得(多组学)数据研究更深入的见解;
5、与快速发展的研究领域保持同步,确保利用现有的分析方法,并在必要时对其进行调整或开发新的分析方法;
6、参与规划和开发科学研究方案;
7、指导博士/硕士研究生参与研究。
任职要求:
1、计算生物学、统计学、数据科学等相关学科博士学位;
2、代谢,肥胖,糖尿病,心血管,分子生物学的研究背景;
3、熟悉遗传学,细胞生物学和分子生物学的基本概念,了解生物信息学/人工智能,具有生物信息学分析及代谢研究相关经验;
4、熟练掌握一种或多种常见的编程/脚本语言,例如: C ++,R,Python,熟悉基于Linux的系统和bash脚本;
5、良好的英语/普通话书面和口头沟通技巧,能够确保与临床和生物学科的人员进行有效交流和沟通、向非专家提供培训的能力,正式演讲以及小组会议中有效沟通的能力;
6、需要具备科学出版经验和向科学会议提交材料的经验;
7、有在科学会议上演讲的经验;
8、具有独立工作能力和团队合作精神,能够做相关前瞻性规划;
9、独立撰写论文和报告的能力;
10. 能够在紧迫的期限内工作;
11、能够批判性地和创造性地思考;

职位名称二:研究员(小鼠代谢方向)
职位描述:
1、与英国剑桥大学研究小组合作进行研究,在剑桥大学-南京科技创新中心规划和开展日常研究工作,确保高效、准时,达到最高的研究标准;
2、生成和分析演示文稿和出版物的数据;
3、维护优秀的研究计划和研究记录;
4、主导研究论文的撰写和发表;完成在会议和相关项目申请上的陈述;
5、协助研究实验室的一般运作以及代谢表型设备的维护;
6、开展代谢表型、肥胖神经生物学研究技术的相关培训;
7、协助实验室项目的监督。
任职要求:
1、生理学、药理学、生物化学、分子生物学等相关学科博士学位;
2、代谢,肥胖,糖尿病,心血管,分子生物学的研究背景;
3、熟悉代谢研究该领域的研究方法和关键技术,具备代谢表型经验,了解代谢设备;
4、有相关的科研成果发表;
5、良好的沟通技巧,包括普通话和英语的书面和口头表达,能充分融合在国际化研究课题组中;
6、具有独立工作能力和团队合作精神,能做相关前瞻性规划;

三、招聘程序
(一)报名和网上资格审查

(二)现场面试
网上报名结束后,根据拟参加竞争的专业岗位和人选情况,采用面试等方式进行综合评价。所需准备材料:

(三)背景调查
对面试合格人员进行背景调查,着重审核其应聘资料真实性以及德、能、勤、绩、廉等方面的表现情况。
(四)体检
对背景调查合格人员安排体检。
(五)聘用
根据面试结果、背景调查、综合考察及体检结果,研究确定拟聘用人员。未发现影响聘用问题的,对被聘用人员实行试用期管理,试用期满,经考核胜任现职的,予以转正。试用期考核不合格者,予以解聘。

The Cambridge University Nanjing Centre of Technology and Innovation(hereinafter referred to as the Center) is the first joint venture research institute established by the University of Cambridge outside the UK. The Cambridge University Nanjing Centre of Technology and Innovation Co., Ltd., established by the University of Cambridge and the Jiangbei New Area, is responsible for the operation and management of the Center.
The Center will promote the development of high-end innovative R&D, results transformation, international academic exchange and other composite functions, promote the application of the world’s latest technology and results in China, so as to build China’s first-class science and technology innovation platform and results transformation center in Jiangbei New Area. In the process of operation, the Center will be committed to integrating high-end research system and expert team of University of Cambridge with local Chinese research institutes and expert teams, aiming at the world's forefront of science and technology, which effectively connects international innovation resources with the needs of Nanjing City and Jiangbei New Area, comprehensively improving the level of regional scientific and technological innovation and results transformation efficiency. II. Recruiting Position
Position Title 1: Researcher (Research direction of bioinformatics)
Position Description:
1. Closely work with the research team of Cambridge University in the UK to plan and conduct research work on a daily basis to the highest of research standards at Cambridge University-Nanjing Centre of Technology and Innovation;
2. Analyze and integrate data sets of -omics(metabolomics, proteomics, transcriptomics and genomics) and data produced by some cutting-edge technologies such as scRNAseqand lipidomics for data-driven biological research;
3. Develop and maintain data analysis methods for the analysis of scientific data on behalf of research group(s)in order to support the delivery of research projects;
4. Effectively collaborate with experimentalists and other data scientists to design and develop methods and analytical workflows for deriving insights from (multi omics) research data;
5. Keep pace with rapidly evolving research areas, ensuring the exploitation of the available approaches and, where necessary , adapt them or develop novel ones ;
6. Contribute in planning and developing scientific research programmes;
7. Supervise phD and Master students in the research.
Position Requirement:
1. PhD in relevant subject area such as Computational Biology, Statistics, and Data Science;
2. Background in metabolic, obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular and molecular biology;
3. Familiarity with the basic concepts of genetics, cell biology and molecular biology, knowledge of bioinformatics/AI, and relevant experience in bioinformatics analysis;
4. Proficiency in one or more common programming/scripting languages, e.g.: C++, R, Python, familiariry with Linux-based systems and bash scripting;
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and Engilish;
- Ability to engage and communicate with people from multiple clinical and biological –disciplines;
- Ability to deliver training to non-experts and communicate effectively in formal presentations small group meetings;
6. Experience in scientific publishing and submission of materials to scientific conferences;
7. Experience in presenting at scientific conferences;
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team , and ability to plan workload and do forward plan;
9. Evidence of independent writing of papers and reports;

Position Title 2: Researcher (Metabolic direction in mice )
Position Description:
1. Closely work with the research team of Cambridge University in the UK to plan and conduct research work on a daily basis to the highest of research standards at Cambridge University Nanjing Centre of Technology and Innovation;
2. Generate and analyze data for presentations and publications;
3. Maintain excellent research plans and research records;
4. Take a leading role in the preparation of research papers for publication; Presentation at conferences and grant applications;
5. Assist with the general running and organization of the research laboratories and the maintenance of metabolic phenotypic equipment;
6. Conduct relevant training on metabolic phenotype and obesity neurobiology research techniques;
7. Assist in the supervision of projects in the laboratory.
Position Requirement:
1. PhD in a relevant subject area such as Physiology, pharmacology, Biochemistry, and Molecular Biology;
2. Background in metabolic, obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular, molecular biology;
3. Familiar with metabolic research methods and key technologies in this field, with metabolic phenotypic experience and knowledge of metabolic equipment;
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English, can be fully integrated into the international research group;

(2)On-site Interview
After the online registration, according to the professional positions and applicants to participate in the competition, a comprehensive evaluation will be conducted by means of interview etc. Required materials are as follows:
1.One original and one copy of basic materials such as ID card, academic degree certificate, professional title certificate and professional qualification certificate.
2.Two copies of the resume signed by the applicant.
(3)Background Investigation
A background investigation will be conducted on the qualified applicants for interview, focusing on reviewing the authenticity of their application materials and the performance in terms of ethics, capability, diligence, achievement and honesty etc.
(4)Physical Examination
A physical examination will be conducted on the qualified applicants for background investigation.
(5)Engagement
According to the results of interview, background investigation, comprehensive evaluation and physical examination, the candidate will be determined. If no problem affecting the employment is found, the employee shall be subject to probation management. The candidate who is qualified for the present position upon the expiration of the probation period shall become a regular employee, and who fails to pass the assessment during the probation period shall be dismissed.
